Bugs and don’t work
This app worked for a short time. Then it stop and all my pictures and videos are lost in the app. I have been able to get in because it closes out every time.

Works but when it wants to
Program wants to glitch out a lot. Does not like larger file video. Not even large ones it will glitch out before it’s done and constantly telling me I don’t have space and upgrade to premium and on the same page shows I’m paid up and premium user. I have plenty of space but won’t even attempt to back up the data. No customer support number I could find. Needs to be better support. Simple pictures and really low data videos it’s just fine.

It’s been a number of years already, the lack of customer is crazy. I had lots stored on this and I know I’m not the only with the same problem. Lost password = Lost account
They must have gone thru some update so I would just use a more trusted source.

Cannot recover access to my media — support not responding after multiple attempts over months !!!
Warning folks !!! This App has challenges !!
I lost my Vault passcode and can’t access my hidden photos/videos. I have contacted support multiple times for months and have not received a resolution. The app still recognizes my email but I need a working recovery path and clear restore instructions.

Need
If you want to make sure that nobody’s going to see any of your pictures or videos without any doubt, the Vault is the app to get the only somewhat negative thing about it is if you lose it and get a new phone it’s oh well it was impossible for me to get my data from my old phone on that app could get that back. Had my baby pictures of my kids.

I have used this app for many years. Recently I went to access my hidden files and everything is GONE. I am devastated and have spent many hours trying to do research to online of how to back up and recover some things from this app. I hope they can get back to me quickly and this is all a misunderstanding.

No puedo entrar al Vault
Cuando voy a entrar a la aplicación simplemente se cierra sola y lo intento otras y vuelve a hacer los mismo que puedo hacer para restaurar y salvar todo lo que está dentro de la aplicación

I’ve been trying to contact them for months about the app crashing I can’t get in to it and I just want my pictures man!

للمره الثانيه هذه الحافظه تخسرني ملفات مهمه
ارجو المساعده لان التطبيق حاولت استعيد صور او بقى معلق ع 10/60 ويفصل ارجع افتح او ادخل الرمز وع نفس الوضع يفصل
