LONG-TIME USER — ALL MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ARE GONE
I have used Vault for many years and stored irreplaceable personal photos and videos in this app. After changing my iPhone, I finally regained access to my account, but everything is gone. The cloud shows 0 KB and no backup history.
I have contacted support and provided my old VIP subscription receipt, but I still have not received proper assistance.
Please help me recover my data. These are irreplaceable memories. Customer support needs to respond.

None of my videos work, they are there but when I press play , nothing works

Worked great at first, sometimes you have to watch a commercial be for it opens. Now, you watch the commercial and it still will not let you open the app. You constantly have to restart the app to make it work. It’s very annoying.

So I e been using Vault for about 13 years now. Nice app. Today I go to open it several times and the Tovio advertisement is the only thing I see. I can’t click out of it. I can’t let it play then get rid of it to open the app. Nothing! Help PLEASE!

This app worked for a short time. Then it stop and all my pictures and videos are lost in the app. I have been able to get in because it closes out every time.

Works but when it wants to
Program wants to glitch out a lot. Does not like larger file video. Not even large ones it will glitch out before it’s done and constantly telling me I don’t have space and upgrade to premium and on the same page shows I’m paid up and premium user. I have plenty of space but won’t even attempt to back up the data. No customer support number I could find. Needs to be better support. Simple pictures and really low data videos it’s just fine.

It’s been a number of years already, the lack of customer is crazy. I had lots stored on this and I know I’m not the only with the same problem. Lost password = Lost account

I lost my Vault passcode and can’t access my hidden photos/videos. I have contacted support multiple times for months and have not received a resolution. The app still recognizes my email but I need a working recovery path and clear restore instructions.

Need
If you want to make sure that nobody’s going to see any of your pictures or videos without any doubt, the Vault is the app to get the only somewhat negative thing about it is if you lose it and get a new phone it’s oh well it was impossible for me to get my data from my old phone on that app could get that back. Had my baby pictures of my kids.
