I get as a non-payer you feel the need to burden me with adverts, but your ‘Premium Access’ advert is outrageously bad and debilitates the usage of your app as there is no way of closing it down! PLEASE TAKE IT OFF!

I accidentally deleted the app, is there any way to recover all the media I alr had there?
Excellent App
This easy to use app with a high level of security is good for storing files, images and other confidential material in a simple to access, share and reproduce format.
iCloud?
Works well. I don’t recommend deleting it. I’m not sure what “iCloud sync” means to them but it doesn’t mean your data is saved to the cloud, because when I redownloaded the app all my files were gone. Probably my fault. I would contact them but the support page is a dead link which honestly is enough to deserve 2 stars.

I have lots of private photos I need to hide and this app is so far not telling me to upgrade yet and I’ve tried just about all the apps but this one is still kinda new to me but hopefully this app is a long term solution

Suddenly there is no export option. Why?
Great app. Needs more import options
Great app as is but a nuisance if you want to export a ton of media to it at once. I need to be able to see the media from oldest to newest, drag to select multiple items, and have a select all option. Either those or be able to share directly into the app from other places and save to a folder.
seems like there is a bug despite entering the write password it doesnt accept it and no support
app locking me out cant seem to access whats the support email ?

Changed phone and app didn’t want to sync my files back into the app, contacted the support vis email, service was good and responses was quick
