Workouts by reps. Set a work phase as a number of reps at a tempo, say 12 reps at 30 BPM, and Vault Timer works out the time, paces every rep with the metronome and counts it out loud. The rep count is the big number on screen as you go, and it stays right if you lock your phone mid-set. Three new quick-start presets use it: 5×5, Hypertrophy and Rep Burn. Twenty new dumbbell exercises (rows, presses, curls, carries and a full set of rear-delt and rotator-cuff work) in their own Dumbbell category in the Workout Builder. Every exercise now has a form guide. Tap the ⓘ next to any movement to see what it works, how to do it properly, and a short cue to keep in mind. Landscape mode: turn your phone sideways during any workout for a big, high-contrast display you can read from across the gym. Boxing and BJJ now sound like the real thing: a bell or buzzer on every round boundary, including round one. The timer is now accurate to the clock. Leave the app, lock your phone or take a call, and it comes back showing exactly the right time. On iPad the timer now fills the screen, and the Workout Builder shows each exercise's plan at a glance. Accessibility: text scales with your iOS text size setting, and VoiceOver labels have been added throughout.
