Apple HomeKit
Purificateur marche super mais je voudrais savoir si c’est possible de connecter les vbreathe Tasman avec Apple HomeKit ? Si oui quelle marche suivre ?
Disappointing.
The app itself is fine once it works, though I do often have issues where the device won’t respond. The biggest issue is features advertised on the website, such as displaying the actual ppm read, is not live in the app, and hasn’t been since I purchased mid 2022. It’s a shame that there has been false advertising on the website to get people to buy the product.

Lack of guidance on setting up app
My first experience of the app has been clunky. At first it wasn’t loading. After deleting and downloading again. Whilst steps are shown to connect to device, that is it. There is no guidance on how to use the app or their functions, which is further impacted as some features do not have full text. E.g I’ve now worked out the line with L, M, H allows you to scroll the force of purifier.
I’ve tried setting up the Wifi network but the option just goes to my wifi list and no instruction what to do next
As a purifier which is promoted for NDIS participants who have disability, I was surprised by the lack of information on instructions for app, features and trouble shooting.

Good Product.. Needs Improvement.
Product Overall:
An excellent example of great design.
Internal Gel:
Great idea, smells great, works nicely, but nowhere on the outside of the product is marked
“Keep Upright At All Times”
(you must keep product upright according to the instructions on the website.)
Button:
One button. Too complicated with four different options and then multiple lengths of time to press it. You don’t know if you’re turning it off, on, up or a different setting. This requires improvement.
USB C:
Excellent. Great the product also works as a charger.
Battery:
Terrible. Runs out far too fast.
No clear indicator of battery level on the product.
Packaging:
Comes with a nice soft fabric carry bag with drawstring.
Bag ‘just fits’ and is a struggle to put product back in the carry bag.
Also the charger and cable don’t fit in the carry bag.
App:
Works ok… with PLENTY of room to improve:
> Needs Dark Mode
> Cumbersome
> Needs a help guide on the app
> Cannot update without product fully charged (even though it’s plugged in?)
> I’m not paid to provide you a full review of this app it needs so much work.

Aim to use the app to assist your customer to work out the issues / troubleshooting- there’s no clear assistance anywhere apart from sending an email (?) which is a terrible waste of time and effort.
