Abonnement annuel à 59,99€ qui ne fonctionne que 15jours.
Après avoir contacté le service client, j’ai reçu un mail automatique qui ne solutionne en rien le problème et depuis plus de réponse…

Still chaotic and with many bugs
All I want from this app is to be able to easily login, see which games are on and watch them. I‘d like to be able to start late into a game and still watch it to the end, if I try this, the stream ends when the live-game is over and I have to wait between 5minutes and an hour until the game becomes available for relive.
Sometimes a live game is not even shown on the front page. For some reason the tournament table also isn‘t shown anywhere. When a game ends, the stream usually ends, although most people might want to see the next game on the same court. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn‘t. When a game starts in 5 minutes you cannot start the stream although sometimes it becomes available earlier but only after refreshing the page.
The scoreboard appears to work better now, this was wrong or late so many times for I don‘t know what reason.
Please make it easier to just watch the games continuously. Thanks!

Ne fonctionne pas bien
Beaucoup de bug dans l’application. Souvent la transmission a des micro blocage (alors que la connexion internet est bonne).
Il arrive egalement souvent qu’un match soit annoncé et quand on sélectionne la transmission ce n’est pas le bon..

Unwatchable
Subscribed to watch the 2026 VNL and it's genuinely unwatchable. Buffers every 30s that I can't even watch a single rally. Rewinds and repeats multiple times. I've tried using my laptop browser, phone app, iPad app, and on Wi-Fi and data and still the same thing. Please fix this!!!! I'm typing as I'm watching (or not watching since it keeps loading) the Men's finals match rn and I can't even enjoy it properly bc this is so frustrating.
