Beaucoup de bug dans l’application. Souvent la transmission a des micro blocage (alors que la connexion internet est bonne).
Il arrive egalement souvent qu’un match soit annoncé et quand on sélectionne la transmission ce n’est pas le bon..

Unwatchable
Subscribed to watch the 2026 VNL and it's genuinely unwatchable. Buffers every 30s that I can't even watch a single rally. Rewinds and repeats multiple times. I've tried using my laptop browser, phone app, iPad app, and on Wi-Fi and data and still the same thing. Please fix this!!!! I'm typing as I'm watching (or not watching since it keeps loading) the Men's finals match rn and I can't even enjoy it properly bc this is so frustrating.

Technical difficulties 95% of the time
For the subscription prize one would expect decent quality. The reality is that sadly every second game is unwatchable because either the stream is offline, lagging or just not available. Also the app keeps crashing. These issues are not new. I really can’t believe how bad the quality has been for a long time without improvements.

Rarely Works
This app is terrible and when it doesn’t there’s ZERO customer service. I paid for the month and can’t watch one thing with no refund or even consideration.
Barely Acceptable
There needs to be a way for users to be able to adjust the video quality manually and not have it depend on their internet speed. I’d much rather wait ages for a better quality video rather than a barely 144p quality where I struggle make out what is happening during a match because it’s much too blurry.
Some league match replays go missing. Took me forever to find a human contact support rather than their trashy A.I. which just puts me on an unending useless loop rather than actually helping me only to be told that it is there when it isn’t.
The search function is so bad it’s as though the developers time-travelled from the 90s, ignored all the developments, and thought that the search function was millennia ahead of its time. The search function gets confused by basic typos and has to be spoon-fed exact spelling and phrases just to give you zero results.
At the moment, I can’t even stream replays. It is not an issue on my network since I can stream on other websites perfectly fine and even on HD. It’s a VBTV issue. Can’t play anything on IOS nor on my PC.

Beware of their scam
I purchased VBTV and kept receiving an error when trying to watch any match. Followed all support troubleshooting and no luck. They refused to issue me a refund. I purchased a product that doesn’t work. Terrible product, terrible service. A scam.
works horrible in a TV
never install this app in a TV, it always load and load and never plays. It is so annoying, i thought it was the internet but even changing it like 5 times and different wifi, it doesn't work at all, such a waste of time.
Many issues
The app has improved. I moved the rating up from my original rating in 2024; was 3 stars, now 4. An annoyance is playback shows how long the match lasted, so after watching a set or two, you can tell who won the match.
Still no way to contact the provider, ask questions or give feedback. This Apple Store rating is the only way to make contact and hope they monitor these reviews.

App pago, muito bom porém precisa de uma aba comum em outros apps a aba “assistido por último” é uma guerra pra voltar a assistir de onde eu parei o jogo que eu estava assistindo, bem como nas pesquisas ordenadas por data e também o manejo de tempo dentro da visualização, só consigo ver o tempo exato que estou selecionado após soltar em determinado lugar

Deceptive listing
The App Store listing says that there are a number of in app purchases available including 24 hour passes, but then when I downloaded the app it was only annual or monthly subscriptions that are much more expensive than the 24 hour pass listed on the App Store.

How it’s even possible?
Charging 20$+ per month and the the schedule page dorsn’t work correctly. When I press a date, it show me another’s and no swip left/right feature. So i need to go on internet to get it.
Full of bugs, slow
I love VBTV but the app version for TVS is very bad. It gets overwhelmed in busy days, it does not update itself, it freezes black screen. Impossible to catch up with a match that is live and already started- it goes back to the very start of the matches.
Great content. Terrible user experience
Now they decided to limit the number of devices logged in. That is terrible user experience. Keep the limit to the number of video streams and not devices. How many households have more than one person logged in a couple of devices? It doesn’t seem like a rare situation. Well, from time to time you will have to reset your password, an aggressive way to enforce a restriction, because you are logged in on too many devices.

Very bad service for premium price
0 personalization: why do you propose volleyball at the top if I only pay for beach volleyball?
From the phone, it’s impossible to look for past matches (both on the app and on the website). There is only a selection but you can’t see all full matches’ list. In the calendar view you can’t click to see watch past matches.
Overall, UI isn’t optimised and the platform isn’t fast for what you pay. Very disappointed.

Seriously…!!
This app has so much potential but is just horrible aceoss all iOS (iPhone, iPad and especially Apple TV) Does not update games etc so every day need to quit and reload to get the games of the day. Same for replays. If I watched the day before and go in the next day it shows the day before. So annoying but should be a simple fix. Also on iPad if you start a game it is hit and miss if you want to go back to another game without force quitting. Guaranteed the app I kill quit the most to get the content

o calendário de partidas é péssimo, só aparecem os placares a cada dois dias, ex.: hoje é madrugada de quinta pra sexta, só tem os de quarta. o botão “next match” não funciona, e as reprises são todas em inglês, não tem opção de reprise narrada em português… tirando isso, estou conseguindo aproveitar os jogos ao vivo, ainda não tive problema com o sinal

Uma pena que o vôlei só seja possível passar aqui. O aplicativo é horrível. Trava com tudo .. qualidade de imagem ruim. E em plena vnl tiraram a opção de transmissão do Brasil, agora só tem em inglês
