I have been reminiscing about my old SPX 90 as I have so far been unimpressed with most of the modulation effects in my pedals, computer and iPads. That old beast has issues. It sound lush and thick but lacks headroom, has a mono input, takes a rack space, messes with your sound in bypass and many examples may need power supply caps replacing soon. I am not sure how much VC1 sounds like an SPX but it sounds very reminiscent as far as my memory goes. Whatever….. It sounds fantastic either way. A no brainier. Now I just need to find a decent phaser.

Sounds good but crackles in AUM
Great sounding pretty subtle. AUM use as an effect insert causes crackling. Other apps are ok?
Good as his keyboards and tape apps
Love the interfaces. Works beautifully and it’s stereo, unlike previous poster says. Great value again.

There’s two kinds of reviews: first kind made by people who actually knows how to use music-related app, and the type who after 5 min. can’t figure how something works and come here to blast the developer. Because in their tiny brain they can’t conceive that they are ignorant.
