I have been reminiscing about my old SPX 90 as I have so far been unimpressed with most of the modulation effects in my pedals, computer and iPads. That old beast has issues. It sound lush and thick but lacks headroom, has a mono input, takes a rack space, messes with your sound in bypass and many examples may need power supply caps replacing soon. I am not sure how much VC1 sounds like an SPX but it sounds very reminiscent as far as my memory goes. Whatever….. It sounds fantastic either way. A no brainier. Now I just need to find a decent phaser.

Sounds good but crackles in AUM
Great sounding pretty subtle. AUM use as an effect insert causes crackling. Other apps are ok?

GARBAGE
I can’t believe it. I want my money back, you rip-off a$$sholes! Doesn’t work in AUM, Doesn’t work in AURIA, only provides a MONO output. What in the actual F#$k???! (2017 9.7” iPad OS11) DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I use this chorus mostly with synths but it can work with anything and sound amazing. The layout is easy to understand quickly because it’s easy to use. Goes from subtle to spacey.
