Doesn’t work
Makes me go through the 2 step sign in and it gives an error. VCA being cheap twats that they are outsourced IT to India so it’s even harder getting the help you need

Not what was promised…
The app is kind of a bummer… it has actually lost functions over the years.
You can see appts and some tasks but if you call an owner, you cannot make a comm log. The only way to leave a comm log if there is a task but sometimes I call a client abt labs I made a note about, there seems to be no way to make a comm log abt what was discussed….!
kind of defeats the purpose :( … you can make a comm log if there was a pre-existing task, but you can’t make one de novo. This is supposed to help us be able to communicate with clients and it does not really work.
And the promise of adding exam findings is not a thing. Literally the tpr is not the most important part of the exam. Just saying. Several years ago, they sent out an example of being able to dictate exam findings to the app — and still we can’t do this. When???

Cannot open documents
Just over the past month, I can load one document from the patient file and then no more additional documents, they just don’t load. I have to close and open the app again to open the next document I want to view. Ridiculous. Needs fixed.
Checking schedules from home...life changing!
The ability to check schedules and carry my schedule in my pocket is game changing for managing a busy hospital. Great app, very stable, and great user interface! Love it!
Great Option for busy doc
I love using the app to see my schedule, look up clients and tests results. Nicely integrated with mains WoofWare. Thanks to developers for keeping us moving faster with record keeping so we can focus on our patients 🐶🐱
Consistently Bad
This app would be a wonderful companion if it worked consistently. The fact that this corporation essentially made us switch hospital software and can’t provide quality ancillary applications is a shame. Make it more reliable please.
Must re-download too often
Has really good features, but it is extremely buggy. Having to uninstall and reinstall to fix any issue is cumbersome and unreasonable, especially when issues come up at least a few times a month.
Delete & Download
When it works it’s great, but I find I have to delete & redownload twice a week to keep it functioning.
Great app
This app is great to have access to your schedule and communication tasks. Also if you have a smart phone watch when an appointment checks in it lets you know and helps me and my staff stay on time!!!
Usually good
Usually this app works very well but recently the blood work has not been loading. Error occurs every time I try to load it. I have report the issue two separate times and have not heard anything. Please fix this. Without being able to see their blood work, the app is pointless since I use it to do call backs from home.
