To ensure patient safety is at the forefront, Cook Medical has created VCF Track for managing key information about filters, recipients, manufacture brands, implanting, and referral physicians. It’s an organizational tool that will make it easier to keep track of your patients by identifying when a patient is due for a follow-up visit. Any brand of filter can be tracked. Information is never shared, but you will always have access to your own information for current and archived cases.
