VDAT

VDAT is the Volunteer Data Acquisition Tool for the San Bernardino National Forest Adopt-A-Trail program. VDAT helps Adopt-A-Trail volunteers record service hours, view workday history, display an attendance QR code, register youth volunteers, and receive program announcements. Authorized club liaisons and trail leaders can create and manage workdays, scan volunteer QR codes, add guests, manage attendance, plan future workdays, collect RSVPs, request tools, and review club participation. VDAT is designed to support field operations in areas with limited cellular service. Workday attendance and activity data can be recorded offline and synchronized when a connection becomes available. Program administrators can review volunteer participation, manage account approvals, coordinate program opportunities, and generate official volunteer documentation. VDAT is intended for authorized San Bernardino National Forest Adopt-A-Trail volunteers and participating organizations. An approved account and affiliated volunteer club may be required to access certain features.
