App crashing
Anytime I’m in the pending inspections and tap on the 3 dot icon over an inspection the app crashes
I have 4 inspections I’ve tried to delete that were drafts but cannot because the app will crash

Waste of time
App won’t upload any reports, despite filling out all appropriate fields. As a foreman, our management state we are supposed to tell our techs “this is the best app ever, even better than the last one” but this one is 10 times worse…….
Won’t upload incidents
There’s a bug that won’t allow incidents put in on the app to upload to the site. Have had a ticket in with support for over 3 weeks, still no resolution.

Photos taken in the mobile app do not appear against the relevant question item in the PC version of IndustrySafe. No way to identify which item the photo relates to.

App wont even open after last update
Good start!
A great app for inspections but would love to be able to do observations as well. Being able to carry out an observation and complete out on the shop floor would be great!
