Won’t Open
The app wont’t even open on my iPhone or iPad and I need it to do my job
Keeps getting worse
Been using the app since its inception. Progressively app has gotten worse. More buttons to click, more screens to go through, more scrolling. Work flow is now slower and more confusing. If it isn’t broke don’t try to fix it!!
Cat forces us to use but can’t build a reliable app
Firstly PLEASE ADD an option to directly send an email of pdf reports instantly to one’s email when finishing off a report.
It’s a hassle to have to change tabs just to send an email, which should be automatic.
Trying to reduce workload when we have to do all these stupid Cat forms just to meet Cat KPIs.
As Cat technicians, we are forced to use this stupid app to meet Cat form filling KPIs. What a waste of time and I feel bad charging customers for this wasted time.
It fails to log in and it has to be constantly reinstalled.
A billion dollar company can’t even hire decent programmers.

I constantly need to delete the app and reinstall it to use it. Some mornings it works, then I go to use it again and it freezes.
