It would be nice if Siri suggestions would have the option to open and close your garage doors.
Horrible.
Almost impossible to do anything because it spins forever before you get to the page you’re clicking. It’s not user friendly at all so you have to click around a lot and wait and wait in between each click. I’ve done all the updates and it’s still awful.
Shotty at best! Alarm goes off can barely hear it! The installer was so impatient!
I really don’t know how to use any part of it that would help if had a real alarm because you can barely hear it! The worst customer service! Asked for camera two weeks ago and never got it! So, did something different on camera. I wish I had not used Vector!!!!!!!! Can I cancel my subscription and keep the equipment since I paid over $1,000 for nothing?!!!!!

Cannot access
For some reason, whenever I want to view the camera or when someone is at the door and I go to open the app, it just spins and spins and spins. It will not open. Kind of defeats the purpose. Please fix it!!!!!
Not working since update
On WiFi the app just loads and loads but never connects to my account after the latest update. I have to turn off WiFi to use it. Please fix!

Can’t move emergency contacts. App freezes and can’t edit contacts.

Freezes on Emergency Contacts
Under “Monitoring Settings” > “Emergency Contacts” there are 2 issues.
1) Our Emergency Contacts are displayed in the opposite order they belong. The order is correct with Vector Security.
2) If I attempt to edit the contacts, the app freezes (every time). I have to bail out and log back in.

The app has always been great until about 5 days ago. It no longer loads.
