Cancellation
I would never ever recommend Vector Security. My 84 year old Mom has been trying to cancel her service for two weeks. Their customer service is horrible. They are not helpful, not clear with their cancellation policies AND RUDE. Technical support hung up on her when she became frustrated and expressed her frustration to him. After what seems like many phone calls and hours on the phone on hold we still have not gotten it turned off. RUN as fast as you can from Vector Securities.

Help, when clicked, spins in the app and provides no documentation to assist the end user. Not very useful.
Video doorbell
I was sold a video doorbell by ADS that their own serviceman admitted was known not to work and it doesn’t, despite numerous attempts to have it fixed.

Antonio was our salesman who helped us with the extensive update to our home security system. He was very knowledgeable,helpful, and courteous while working with us. We feel he provided us with the very best security technology to fully protect our home. A great representative for ADS.
Low Rating
I called and tried talking to someone about my bill being behind. She was quite rude and didn’t want to hear me out. I have been off work since June 12th. I’m having some health issues. I will get my security system bill caught back up. The batteries in the front door are gone down. So the system is malfunctioning. I tried telling her that and she still didn’t want to help me. So on top of having health issue stress I also have stress not having the security system working correctly.
