tvOS app not working
The tvOS app has a major bug saying it can't find location. The iOS app and website work fine.

The app needs my location and the app doesn’t appear in Location Services.

I am watching a series and there is no way to save an episode to watch later. When I click on the episode to watch again, it restarts from

Good app but…
I like the content but I’m increasingly frustrated with not being able to save content that I want to watch later. No other app does this. I don’t have the time in my busy day to watch a complete documentary but if you start watching it doesn’t show where you are at for next time. I’m on a data cap & I can’t waste data rewatching content I’ve already seen to find where I’m up to. I wanted to watch a documentary I see tarted with someone but I couldn’t find it again as I didn’t know the title & spent ages going through every documentary on the app. It’s annoying the app is so basic so I end up watching YouTube instead!

Waste of your time to download. Network mostly focuses on black shows and fake media.
FANTASTIC CONTENT WITH NO FRILLS
I’m a big fan of documentaries and programming that moves you. im also a big fan of not having ads all up in my grill. These are two of the things the Veely app does best; providing world class content on the human condition thru the expressionistic mediums of documentary and short film/ episodes.
There are no frills, for better or for worse. I do believe they could benefit from adding a ‘+watchlist’ feature to the app in order to assist one in keeping track of all the amazing programming being offered here, because it can be quite overwhelming.
But if you are someone looking for over the top transforming dinosaurs and a place for spend mindless hours envying the scripted lives of “the Real Housewives of Bakersfield”, then go kick rocks, cause there ain’t none’a that bullroar over here! Just real footage of real humans dealing with the realities of real world life. Some of it may be hard to digest, but that’s where this streaming service wins. If you need content and programming that is sugar coated and fluffed up to soften your fall as you are watching, go cry to Oprah.

Why have an app if the episodes are incomplete! I may as well watch on you tube instead. The last 10 minutes are cut off. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Best documentary streaming service on the market!
I’ve been watching & subscribed to all their networks on YouTube for a few years now, & I’ve loved every single one I’ve seen so far! Although YouTube is a great platform & I consume roughly about 90% of the content I watch daily, on YouTube, but this app is a game changer for me! Everything is organized, it’s a lot easier to find what yr looking for rather than YouTube may take a while, & there’s double uploads of the same videos on YT, & it’s not very user friendly like this app is! & the best part about it is, it’s 100% FREE! & there’s no pesky ads either! (Well so far anyway lol I’ve only been on this app for about 12 hours now, & I haven’t come across one add yet, so I’m assuming there isn’t any) I used to hate documentaries, I could never get fully engaged in them for more then like 30% of a doc, but lately it’s all I’ve been consuming! & I have to credit that to “real stories, real crime, etc” (the “networks” that are in this app, same ones on YouTube) I highly suggest downloading this app & at least give it a try, it’s free, so why not? I promise you won’t be disappointed, & you will never find the need nor want, to delete this app! Like ever lol Amazing app/ platform, integration is seamless, no lagging, no ads/ commercials, extremely well built all around, & very user friendly! 5 STARS***! Huge thanks to the Veely team for giving us such an amazing app & not worried about the “bottom line” or profits! Love the approach on that end! I wish more streaming apps would follow suit, but I understand that they need to make money to continue making relevant content, but some of these “free” streaming apps overload yu with ads every 5 min, for no less then 2 minutes each time, & it’s highly annoying to say the least! I’m really struggling to view anything on this app as it stops after about 1 minute and I have excellent wifi connection. Love the options available …… help anyone please

Works well. not a lot of titles I think their just getting started up, but some interesting things, especially for people like me that like to listen to documentary type short films while doing things. No sub or money needed, I like it, keep up the good work:)

I am genuinely surprised with so many poor reviews. In my opinion, i feel this app provides a wide variety of awesome educational documentaries as well as interesting videos overall ! I honestly can’t stop using the app when I have time to actually enjoy a good documentary or two.
