Didn’t work oh fire stick
Video playback worked great on my phone and I cast it to my tv. Tried to play from the Veeps on fire stick and it was just a black screen. Missed first 10 minutes of my purchase cause the video wouldn’t play.

What happened to decent customer service in answering questions?
I never get a response , You used to take and answer questions quickly, and also take music style suggestions, that has totally been lost looking at your site, or just responding to emails anymore

Now I loved the Billy Joel show, You need better shows with bigger performances like that, now I didn’t mind that it was a year or two old. It was a fun show to watch.
And get rid so many documentaries shows, add a weekend festival every so often. I’m sick of seeing shows that are two plus years old. What happened to having live and well known music artists on here, that has been always said as being the best live music platform around, that’s what I payed for not old concerts or documentary shows!

The veeps app
I love the app but it’s not working on my iPad 8th generation tablet and it still not working on my iPad I updated the app on my iPad today but it’s working fine on my iPhone 15

It works on my iPhone, but crashes on all my iPads. Dear artists, please offer your music and concerts on platforms that know how to build a working app.
App Doesn’t Work
App doesn’t work on iPad. It opens to a black screen and immediately closes. Navigating their site via Safari isn’t much better, left to right scrolling doesn’t work. Decent content but needs a better interface to make it worthwhile.
iPad app totally broken for me.
Unclear what’s going wrong but after signing in the app went to a black screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and had the same issue. iPad Pro 13” running iOS 26.3.
Camera Work Was Terrible
Making the last song a music video completely ruined the entire show. Thanks for that.

As others have said it doesn’t work on a iPad. You can log in but it just gives you a blank black screen. Works on iPhone .

If you have never seen Glow it will give you all the feels and get you in the Christmas spirit!
Unfit for purpose on IOS (iPad)
Just loads a black screen, have removed the app, rebooted iPad, reinstalled the app. The same every time.
Never again
Signed up for Bruce Springsteen, Dec 16. No instruction of how to access. Started over an hour in advance to make sure we could access. Had to pay twice, attempting to get Airplay to our TV. Still, no luck. Had to watch the delayed video on my Mac while casting sound to our Bluetooth speaker. IT SUCKED! Love Bruce but will never do this again.
