Freezing
My game freezes when I watch a video to get extra balls, then I have to start the game all over again and lose all the points I use to play plus the points I won, I want my points back this has happened four times. Plus I tried to use the support button to contact them and it won’t connect.

Way too fast
….and no way to set the speed to a lower setting. Also there is no explantation that I can find on what the heck you do with the gems. There is no help for any questions. Could be a fun game I think but right now I’m clueless. Not like any bingo game I’ve ever played and I’m 76 years old and played a lot of bingo in my lifetime.
