Trouble login in. Customer service sucks

I am having login issue from past 1 month and I have complained several times to their customer service. All they say we apologise and close my ticket. Their customer service is super rude. Pathetic experience

Be careful

I went from 180mil chips to 0 when playing slots in the Gallery at the minimum of 100k. So I spent money and bought 20mil and that went in an hour! Spoke to Dominique in customer service and I got a cut and paste response! I questioned it and I got attitude back. The worst customer service I’ve witnessed. Stick to the free gaming and don’t spend your money. Love the game shame about the CS and business ethics.

So bad

Crashes all the time kicks you off in the middle of tournaments most of time in the middle of a poker hand . When you do get to play you wait for good cards and you still lose .. I mean, you can have a pair of aces in your hand and the other person has a 7 2 off suit most likely the person with the 7 2 will win over your aces. Cause that’s what this game is about. It’s about the algorithm, letting the people with the worst hands win
