Keeps crashing
The app crashes so frequently, especially when I’m betting/raising. Lost a lot of chips because of it. Very frustrating

I really like this game, I really do. But it’s become so overwhelmingly obvious that something is amiss. So rigged and buggy. I just can’t anymore. I’m sad to leave, but I just can’t ignore it anymore.

I go to seat down and play. After couple spins my screen starts to bug out and starts lagging all over the place. Or makes me look out side the map. Can you please fix the problem. This is on mobile phone play
Great game
It’s a fun game to kill time just don’t expect to win a lot of money. It’s definitely designed to get you to pay to play. You’ll lose more than you win specially on the slots.

Vr is semi reliable only crashes sometimes but the mobile version is an absolute joke game wont run on i phone 17 pro max updated to latest version of ios tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting phone ect nothing helps
I really want to like this app
I really want to like this app because the graphics are great and the table games like blackjack and roulette are enjoyable. However, there are a few major issues that keep me from rating it higher.
The biggest problem is stability. The app crashes or closes itself multiple times a day, often in the middle of a poker hand, causing me to lose chips through no fault of my own.
I’ve also noticed what feels like an unrealistic card distribution in Texas Hold’em. After many hours of play, it seems like certain cards show up on the board far more often than they should, which makes the game feel less like real poker and encourages strategies that wouldn’t make sense in a live game. Whether it’s a bug or an issue with the RNG, it’s something worth investigating.
Finally, the slot machines feel very outdated compared to other casino apps on the market.

New update today is trash
So the new update that supposedly came with bug fixes still does nothing to stop the app from disconnecting while you’re playing in the middle of a hand and this has been an ongoing issue since the app came out and not two minutes after updating and playing I get disconnected again, this company is focused on nothing but promoting the paid membership which is a complete waste of money and other useless packs you can pay real money for while they ignore all of the bugs and issues with the game and the app and only cater to the people who spend ridiculous amounts of money on this game that regular people can’t afford nor want to spend hundreds or thousand of dollars on and it’s pathetic, not to mention they’ve been promising new items and stuff in the game and they have yet to deliver

Game is rigged. If you join discord and lick their nuts and stroke their ego you might enjoy it.
Crashes too much
This is a fun game however, when it crashes and prevents you from calling or betting during game play it becomes too frustrating losing tons of money and support doesn’t always refund lost money.
Things that need to be fixed
Lags really bad and sometimes you can’t even bet when your on the table and on phone you almost can’t use props.

I logged in today and there's 200 million in chips missing from my account. How do I contact support to get help with this situation cause on the app there is no way to get customer support.

Game is a overall scam!! the people that own the game just put money in the pocket they don’t really do anything when something goes wrong. and the support is also pretty terrible. personally don’t buy chips it’s set up to when you buy chips you lose the chips that you bought game is very un real

when ever i open vegas infinite it doesn’t load and stays on the black screen and i have tried deleting and redownloading and still nothing i have spent a lot of money on this game so please resolve this issue thanks.
Unplayable mobile app
Honestly an impressive amount of glitches and bugs. To be this careless when creating an app and not fix anything after two years is insane. A ton of fun in pc but still will run into similar bugs just not as frequently. Recently I redownloaded and when I tried to play I get nothing but a black screen… tried reinstalling restarting my device clearing my caches and still nothing…

Kicks you off all the time
Constantly kicks you out of the game so you have to sign back in. By the time you get back to your table, you’ve lost a pile of chips. Needs a lot of bug fixes before it’s worth playing.
