Love the game but
Fix your bugs please, I haven’t failed to crash every single time I’m in a charm party. I like the game a lot since it has so many options, but crashing every single time I’m in a party is crazy.
Frozen screen
I do enjoy the games, but playing bingo the called numbers are always frozen during a game. This is not occasional, but every time I try to play. I'm constantly loosing points because you can't finish game.
The slots are typically good and I enjoy the different games.
Other slot games return your points when their games are frozen which is nice. At least they acknowledge that it is a system error and their fault. Maybe Vegas World should acknowledge their part in the frozen games and reward players back their loses.

Bring Back OurWorld 😭
I love VegasWorld, everything about it is superior to other casino games but I can’t help but miss the original OurWorld, it was so fun and unique!! 😭 Please bring it back I would literally spend so much money on it if it returned.

This game is good but sucks it has a lot of bugs they need to fix, keeps kicking me out of the game more than enough times, it glitches real bad too.. such a small platform for so many people whom play it. Please fix the bugs.!!

I wish we could transfer all our data from Ourworld onto Vegas world, idk how I got it to do it but I was able to log in with my email, I’ve never been on this game before… I’m curious if there’s a way to retrieve everything or is it just at a loss .?

Vegas world never accepts the blame that their servers are terrible. I have lost many gems and I have waited 10 or 15 minutes for a party and then gotten booted and cannot get back in. so many people seem to have the same complaints. Either you get frozen or you get booted.
When you contact VW, they never accept the blame on their end and always put it on my end. when I contacted them the last time, they told me to remove the old app and download the new version I did that and it is worse than ever now. Now you can’t reach them for help under submit a question, as my screen goes completely white. I have over 11,000 charms and every time I click on the top charm box, my screen goes black and freezes. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Bring Our World back!!
Vegas world is fun, but it isn’t the same as Our World. I truly hope they bring it back, I had the coolest outfits and friends on that game :/ Vegas World are mostly filled with bots and there’s no one to talk to smh.. come on Flow Play, bring back OW!!

Fun game but app needs serious fixing
I enjoy this game and the convenience of an app but please fix the crashes the app goes white then boots me off whatever I am doing at the moment also it overheats my phone and I am not the only one who experiences this issue many many other players have been having similar problems with this app yet they enjoy the game and friends behind it. Flowplay please fix these issues

Potential to be great
I love this game, its fun and have met wonderful people, however, the developer needs to address the stability issues for the app, both phone and tablet. It is extremely frustrating when the app is forever crashing, and whats more disappointing is their refusal to acknowledge the problem. All Flowplay apps have similar stability issues. Invest in professional techs who know how to solve this issue and stop deflecting blame onto we the players.

Since being bought it’s all about greed. They say there are no bots but that’s a painfully obvious lie and bots win more than 50% of the time and that’s a very kind estimate. At some point they apparently decided that their players believe losing games and spending lots of REAL money is super fun. I’ve been playing for over 10 years and in previous years I’ve always loved it and given this game 5 stars. It’s sad how badly it’s declined.
