Very poor app
Seems that this app never had an update. It’s got so many bugs.
Unresponsive
I’m sitting in the same room asking it to turn on the fan. It lights up after touching it several times but nothing happens even though according to the app it’s turned on low! Glitchy in other ways too
Life saver on arrival
This app allows us to park and extend our slides without having to stick my head out the window and hit the pedestal or trees which allows moving the rig before parking is completed. Day to day use the app for everything has been working flawlessly since 2018.
The update is showing metric temp
I am in USA, please change to Imperial, Fahrenheit

I use this app religiously, yesterday, March 19. It literally wiped off some of the items that were on my screen, such as the ability to turn on water heater, tank heaters, etc. also on my slides section it added a bedroom slide, which I do not have! I’m trying to work with Customer Service and I’m getting nowhere very very disappointed

Worth the wait.
The dealer I purchased my Motorhome didn’t offer the VegaTouch Mira and I had to purchase it after the purchase. I love this Bluetooth Modem and the App. Well done. Update been full time since 2018 and Firefly’s VegaTouch Mira is rock solid. It is in a 2018 Thor 37LX. My only issue is the wireless switches are starting to wear a bit so I use the app more than the switches. The only scary piece is the mail black and white touch screen, to replace it it will cost over$500. I paid $600 for the Bluetooth unit. But I do love this system.

Can’t connect
App will connect, forces a pin reset and then hangs. Bleck
I have a bug or something
iPhone 15 pro max and 2021 cedar creek 360rl ok so far everything is working on this app except the hydraulic leveling system and the bed room lights want to all turn on when I just want the accent lights on other than that everything works they work by themselves so it’s just the app that won’t control it

Why does this app get worse with each update?!?
Please hire some real app developers that kinda know what they’re doing. I can only lower my rating by two more stars. Here’s to hoping you’ll do better in the future…
Only works in or near RV
I had expected this app to work when I wasn’t near or in my RV, my mistake. I can use the touchscreen in my RV just as easily as the app on my phone. What would be valuable is to know the status of the RV remotely or at least to receive push notifications. My home thermostat does this, can’t you? Everything exists to support this functionality (WiFi etc) so please make this update a top priority.

Features Stopped Working
Used the app for 12 months and all worked well; however can no longer control any of our RVs Features (hvac, lights, etc) with app update in late 2024.
Missing features
Can no longer control water heater feature via the app on my iPhone.
Glitchy UI
I just got this on my new RV, the navigation is not good. For instance, if you go into AC Power settings there is no way to go back to the Home Screen. You have to close and reopen the app to do anything else.

Range is not good after 50 ft
Works well
Have had this system for 4 years. Only item that is inconsistent is fresh water sensor. Everything else has worked perfectly on my Riverstone fifth wheel.
Very disappointed
2025 forest river and downloaded app it has yet to fully connect. Entering the default pin whe prompted, then to a screen to choose new password and immediately says “attempting connection” “signal stable”. I am standing right by the panel. iPhone 15 running 17.7.1.
Totally Bad
Worst app and technical support ever. Corrupted our modules with bad update and they don’t care to fix it. Worst still they knew it for months and didn’t pull the updates so others wouldn’t be impacted.
