Dosent Seem to Work without Bluetooth, Technical Support Non-Existent
Phone app cannot locate device according to instructions! Seems device is network dependent and technical support is poor and no voice contact! When machine did work, composted very well! Would not buy again as support for product is “hands off”!!!!

I see good and bad reviews maybe it’s a Apple thing but this app doesn’t work
with two different iPhones in the house. I would not recommend this product with a iphone

Not Maintained? Cannot create new account
Just got a Vego composter. Followed instructions and booklet. States you have to download the app. Download it. Requires a verification code that you receive viaemail. Multiple attempts over an hour and no verification code received and not in spam folder. Needs significant maintenance or needs to be completely re-invented.
