Love this app! Made it feel so much more personal than other guided mediation I’ve used before. Definitely feeling more inner peace since adding this to my routine.
So Wonderful - brings joyous tears to my eyes!
1st try: Within seconds it created an immersive story spoken by a kind women’s voice about my grandsons & I mountain biking in a redwood forest complete with wafts of spruce & cedar breezes crossing my face… she describes how we ride down the mountain forest trail to a campground by the beach, she suggests that I look down to see & feel my grandson’s hands in mine as we walk toward the beach… I’m amazed. That’s one small part of the intertwining flowing story that Vela created in moments from what I entered about the people I love & the activities that we enjoy. It’s not just a mediation it’s a relaxing roadmap to joys to be had. At least that what my 1st try gave me. Thank You Vela. I’m going to try some of the other meditation choices it has now.
