This company is a hidden gem and one to watch, three intelligent and talented founders, investment from the one and only founder and CTO of HubSpot, its open source without feeling open source, has the flexibility to host local or in the cloud, polished and intuitive iOS and macOS applications with an amazing UI/UX, works with practically any model, transparent and trustworthy, different than OpenClaw and Hermes, it feels like they are in a league of there own and kudos for having the guts to rebrand as a consumer-facing product, please keep the iOS and macOS updates coming! Was just waiting till they changed the bland icon before writing this review, let’s go team Vellum!

Vellum is a work in progress, but they’ve managed to create an AI that really gets to know you and can do ANYTHING you ask it to do, so long as there’s an API, MCP, or skill. And if you don’t know what those are, just ask your assistant and they’ll guide you through it all. This seems like the kind of AI we imagined people would have in the future, but it’s here now.

I have no idea how it’s humanly possible this app could have a 3.9 rating… Absolutely nothing else exists like it at this polished of a level. Not open claw not Hermes agent… NOTHING… this is the future… I just told it to open me an LLC that I needed, it recommended the site with options. I told it yes and it did everything for me! filed an LLC at the website. Made the payment. My jaw was on the floor. You can do anything. You can do similar things yes on other platforms, but you have to use this app to experience the polished execution, the speed , the ease, and accuracy, ALL Without all the setup, you normally need for an open source agent.
