frustrating situation with VeloBank
I am experiencing a very frustrating situation with VeloBank.
My account was blocked following a tax authority request, but at the same time I am being asked to repay outstanding amounts. The problem is that I am unable to make any transfers or use my account due to this restriction.
The bank redirects me to the tax office. The tax office says they cannot resolve it from their side.
So I am expected to pay, but I am technically unable to do so.
I have been cooperative, trying to communicate and resolve this properly. Instead, my accounts are being terminated without any workable solution or clear explanation.
This is not how a bank should treat a client.

Brat lokat w aplikacji mobilnej. Trzeba logować się na stronę żeby zobaczyć lokaty hahahahahq

Dzień dobry, Twoje istniejące lokaty widoczne są w zakładce Produkty. A propozycje lokat w zakładce Oferta. Pozdrawiamy.

Aplikacja ma problem z logowaniem. Używam Face ID i często zostaje od razu wylogowany. Od dwóch dni nie jestem w stanie się zalogować. iOS 26.3
Update: obecnie problem zniknął. Uaktualnię komentarz jeśli problem powróci.

Зручний інтуїтивний інтерфейс. Якщо раніше користувались мобільним банкінгом, то цей застосунок буде зрозумілим і зручним.
Якщо буде можливість зробити українську мову, як одну з мов у застосунку — поставлю не 5 зірочок, а всі 6)

This banking application is the best one I have ever used! User-friendly interface, great responsiveness, clear and customisable panels and on top of this all: great quality of banking services! Congrats Velo!

Найкращій банк з усіх польских, но дуже би хотілося мати український інтерфейс додатку. У банкоматів є, а у додатку немає. Дуже чекаємо.

Probably the best experience you can get from a banking app. Clear UI, intuitive navigation and a lot of functionality. Would recommend in a heart beat

nieskończona autoryzacja w aplikacji, wpisuję hasło lub autoryzację za pomocą Face ID i wyrzuca mnie z powrotem do ekranu głównego i tak w nieskończoność
2 accounts/ wrong update
not happy coz of lack of possibility to log in to more than one account (edit: 20th of April 25) I did an update and now I can’t log in because it scan my face and then put into scan face again and again 😬

For internationals working in Poland using Velo Bank, an english version would be highly appreciated! Allways having a translator at hand is rather inconvenient

Z w miarę sprawnej aplikacji, która wymagała jedynie odświeżenia wizualnego zrobiliście nieużywalny śmietnik. KILKUSEKUNDOWE Ładowanie zawartości na każdym ekranie, gdzie samo wejście do aplikacji też trwa kilka sekund. Ilość reklam jest zatrważająca, jeszcze są zepsute. Nie można scrollowac bo łapie za baner z promocja kredytów który przesuwa się pionowo niezależnie od całej aplikacji. Dramat.

Jest ok, ale może być lepiej
Do logowania byłoby fajnie mieć klawiaturę apki, a nie telefonu, bo zazwyczaj klawiatura apki jest większa i łatwiej wpisać hasło.
Poza tym, dość dużym przeoczeniem jest brak możliwości dodania nowego odbiorcy w aplikacji.

App does not work
After succesful login, there is nothing available 😕. The app is totally unsuable - seems like the last update broke it

The app is always closing by itself. I can not use the app, less than 20s it closes.
