Excellent ride share company. The drivers are punctual, courteous, friendly and professional.

Over promise, and fails to even under deliver.

I don’t often write reviews but this one felt like such a let down I had to.

With prices from a other platforms getting way to out of hand a nice and local ride share app sounded fantastic, on paper but in practice the outreach the company has done to get drivers on board has been completely mediocre, out of the 7 drivers I asked in the Houston area none knew of it let alone that it was a ride share app, meaning that no mater what, how, or when you order one you’ll either have obscenely long wait times (even longer than most wait and save options) or you’ll be left out and dry going back to ‘ol reliable and having to overpay now That you gave the grassroots option and chance and waited for too long so now you are on a “surge” so surge price is active.

Somewhat nice interface so you get 2 stars.

So far my experience has been great!

I’ve needed a ride home from work and pre-scheduled it ahead of time for pick up and the driver was even slightly early. I love that the app offers the option for a female to pick a female driver, and my favorite is that you can save your favorite driver while you’re riding with them, so next time you need a ride you can see if they’re online and request that they are the one to give you a ride. I love that feature!

The app is relatively new, but it’s picked up a lot of traction lately. Looking forward to seeing how they grow from here, and thankful for how they’re valuing their drivers better than the competitors. I definitely support that!

Wait times

I wanted to like this rideshare so much. It is fairly new to Houston, so I give grace. The issue is the estimated wait times, end up, being tripled or quadrupled, because it takes so long to find a driver. Once the driver is found my wait time is still about doubled. My first ride ended up being canceled because of the glitch. The driver was polite enough to call and apologize for the inconvenience and check to see if I still needed a ride. The next two times. I had to cancel because of the wait time. I have not been able to experience a ride yet.

Great Houston app!!

A Houston, Texas based rideshare app! It's easy to use and affordable. Prices are great! Drivers are so friendly and nice. So much BETTER than Uber and Lyft. Love this app!!

Finally an other option to Rideshare in Houston. Good price, good driver, good experience.

Oh no

They wanted 22 dollars for a one mile trip! No thanks Lyft and uber only wanted 6!!! I’m good thanks! Customer support was rude all they said is we are cheaper thanks uh no no you are not. No thanks
You guys wanted 80 for a 5 mile trip again Lyft and uber only 20 bucks so 40 round trip better than 160.
