Always have issues
This app has been an issue since day 1. Every month trying to pay my rent has been as issue.
Unable to submit work orders
Like every single other review here has stated, the work orders section does not work. The fact that there are reviews here from even 6 years ago complaining about the same issue and it has yet to be fixed is ridiculous
Not a great portal app
I've had a lot of resident portal apps over the years, moving apartments. This one is the most problematic. The app is not intuitive, there are a lot of particularities that you have to know about in order to make rent payments or select accounts. The latest error is the app requiring everyone to sign out and log back in two days before rent is due, but you can't log out because of the error. Very difficult to use, and I pray we use a new app soon.
