I like this software. It is so easy to use and does all the basic things I need.
I also like that you can buy credits and don’t have to subscribe which is perfect for a casual user like me.

This App is INSANE! UNLIMITED POTENTIAL! In a matter of months i was able to create a whole music platform on ig to promote local talent.

You said its 3 days free trial,when i gave card,instantly cut the amount and after that did not provide me proper work
Complicated and not good
Inflexible, inaccurate and you can’t do a thing with subtitles. Too many steps etc etc… AND they charged me 5 seconds into the ‘free trial’.

Don’t download this, seriously
This app has Extremely misleading information, DONT bother downloading unless you intend on paying ridiculous money for services that are free elsewhere, and there is no free trial even. App won’t let me unlink my Facebook now, and it is tracking my personal information. Tried to unlink it from Facebook and it says ‘error’. Total scam, and impossible to cancel.

Horrible paid app
Where to start
1) I couldn’t easily copy and paste the subtitles to put in a word doc. None of the FAQ has any mention of this as they all want to copy it to my cloud drive which is full or a word dox, which wasn’t working. After poking at it for 20 minutes I managed to get it to google drive and copy it over to my google docs. Then came the second problem
2) I was doing reviews of places and the amount of periods, incorrect numbers and overall subtitling was abhorrent. With the amount of time I spent on this I might have well typed it up myself. I can’t believe this is a payed app

I loved this app before. But since I bought a more expensive subscription I can no longer use the features or access my account. Contacted support and had 1 reply, that was 3 weeks ago and since then nobody seems to want to help me with the issue.

Subtitles
When I export the video the subtitles towards the end of my video are removed. I also don’t like that subtitles are in caps lock. I should be able to edit that. Also it doesn’t recognize background music and adds subtitles to the music and I had to manually remove it 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
AMAZING customer service!!
First, this app is SO easy to use. I do social media posts for an internationally known author amd speaker. I use Veme.ly to put borders and a header plus .srt captions file. I have not found ANY other program I could use and get just what I want so easily!
Occasionally I run into an issue. I start a help chat amd always get a response. Recently I was having fits and Hassan called me from Canada and had me back on track in around ten minutes. Tell me another developer who does that. I don’t know one. Just fantastic.

No free trial period
I was charged for 1 month’s subscription on the first day even I thought I had 3 days free trial. It appears that the free trial was only for the year’s subscription. Who on earth would like to purchase an app without trying it first? I even didn’t like it as it was too complicated to use it.

I downloaded the app about a week and uploading a video of 2:45 length (to add subtitles )it’s impossible without upgrading to a golden membership .
I’ve asked for support and they help nothing.

Not even one try without billing information
I wanted to try once just to see if the app was what I wanted, but there’s was nothing I could do without giving my billing information. They should at least give you one try, 3 days of trial is good, but I didn’t want to give away my billing information for something I dont even had the chance to see.

Stay away! No free trial and steals your money
I came for a free trial, I was automatically subscribed for a year and it’s charging me monthly and I can’t unsubscribe from anywhere.
