Downloading issue
App is working like 2010 version. Multiple times we have to do uninstall, because of hanging purpose..

App is not opening
The app is not opening most of the times. I just see the launch image but the app doesn’t open. Disgusting to use once placed the orders. Waste of time and money using this app
Very buggy on iOS
Whenever I place an order the app hangs or the the order book hangs not showing any detail of the orders. Unable to place any deal.

If you care about your money, you will not sign up to use this app. There’s only problems with this app. Freezes all the time, kicks you out every few minutes. Orders don’t go through. Orders don’t show up.like I said, if you care about your money, don’t use this app. Oh by the way, their desktop version doesn’t even allow you to sign in

No regular updates. No graph chats available. Totally useless app

From 2-3 days we can not see market watch, it contains irrelevant prices which didn't allow to trade. Update is must at this time to help the clients.
Shitty App
It is a nightmare for Ventura customers. You never know when the app would crash or stop working. You might have your money on the line and the app would just not work. Combine that with an indifferent support who don't feel responsible for their product at all.
