App doesn’t work.
The app never works so you have to call or talk to them on WhatsApp, that way the transfer fee is higher and it makes lots of sense for the business but not for the costumer.

Don’t mind the negative review, since the first transaction I had a great support from the team, before sending the transaction they reach us to confirm if the information is all correct, also there’s always updates to improve the app interface. The best part is how safe I feel using the app, because they have a store in MA to help out if anything
