Used to work with Alexa & Siri via Shortcuts, but neither now
Very frustrated by how the voice integration support no longer works for both.
Voice interface is a must for home automation.

Good app, unreliable hardware
Overall app functionality is good. Biggest downfall is that when my Vera Secure controller loses connectivity (which it does regularly) the app acts like it is showing current data from the controller, but in reality it is not. Needs a visible indication or warning message that controller is offline.

iOS shortcuts useless and timeout
Don’t bother trying to create iOS shortcuts with this app. All they do is timeout. I am trying.
EZLO Plus
I am very disappointed in the conversation from our Vera hub to the EZlo plus hub. Half of our devices were either not compatible or partially compatible leaving our house with minimal security. We waited a year after the announcement to try to avoid these issues.
Apple Watch
The current version doesn’t seem to be compatible with Apple Watch. Will this be rectified?
Less features than web based app
Developer says you can control the fan in the A/C with this app but actually you cannot. There is no option to even create the fan component of the A/C as a device. Lowering rating from 2 stars to 1 star for the bad nonexistent workaround suggestion. They clearly did not even try this.
Would be great if it worked
The app “works” on IOS, but you can’t add any devices to a scene, so basically it is useless. You would have thought this would have warranted an update in less than the 4 months since the last release date.
Not working woth EU zwave standard
I cant use this product with EU z-wave devices :)

Ezlo
Left Wink for Vera Ezlo plus. The support is great. All but two devices converted. It appears the current version of the app does not handle all the functionality of the Ezlo plus. Geofence is not even in the menus even though I get notices on my phone that Ezlo is using my location. Alerts don’t seem to work. Connectivity to Google Home doesn’t work. The documentation out there doesn’t match the menus in this app. To set notifications I had to go to the website and set them there. I have been told a new app is in development. I have about 30 devices working now. The dashboard design is great. Hope that doesn’t change. Waiting patiently. I think it will be a great product.

Ezlo
I want to have both app & dashboard control of my Ezlo. The app does not work seamlessly and the dashboard is non existent. At this point I'm considering a different platform with support that will get to a resolution.
Ezlo secure stopped working!!!
Very disappointed. I have the Vera edge which is amazing. But ezlo secure is not. It worked for about 6 months and now is doesn’t. Technical support takes while to back to you and they call you, you cannot call them only send emails. It’s beyond frustrating. So many bugs.
Great App & Support
Expanding my automation platform with Ezio controller and new Vera app. Transition from old Vera Lite to Ezio went very well. All question while adding new doorbell were resolved in a timely manner.
Still crashes every time
I downloaded the latest update today (15 Feb) but it still crashes every time I try to use the app.

Please do not make users as a testers for your app.
Constant problems
This app has several issues that appear with each version. When trying to run a business that relies on using some features in this app….that then fail is frustrating. I’m almost done with the Vera platform……just too many issues
does not work
When I open this app, it’s closed very quickly. I can’t log in and set up app.
Not What It Used To Be
Good luck trying to call tech-support they are down in Columbia and do not answer your phone calls. When you leave a message they call you a week later.
