Rs 999/week? For complete trash? Is this a joke!

The app is made for enthusiasts and people who care about their plants, mostly people who do their own job! My gardener cost me Rs 50 per week and he know more that what this app does. Why am I saying this? Because it gave me 1 free attempt to click and know only one pic… and trust me it couldn’t predict a simple rubber plant, it came up with result as Dracaena Braunii with 68% probability. Complete trash!

Scam?

I don’t even know where to start with this review. This was the third plant identifier and diagnosis app. I’ve tried in the last few weeks. I snapped photos of several plants, healthy, and unhealthy. Every time it said the plant was healthy regardless. It also had a very difficult time correctly identifying the plants.
Huge disappointment! I don’t even know that this app was designed or expected to work correctly. There are just so many issues that make me skeptical.

Waste of money

Doesn’t work nearly as well as the ad claims. Half the time doesn’t even recognize that the photo is a plant and very vague when diagnosing stuff.

Ho installato questa app nella speranza di conoscere le mie piante del giardino. Ma, dalla prima identificazione ho visto di che cosa si tratta. Scattata la foto, ho dovuto aspettare circa due minuti per ottenere questo risposta: “non sembra essere una pianta. Prova a scattare una nuova foto. “
Ho rifatto di nuovo tutta la procedura ma la risposta non è cambiata. A questo punto ho voluto verificare sé questa app riesce a identificare qualche pianta e ho inquadrato un rosa chinensis mutabilis. Ho aspettato di nuovo che mi indicasse di cosa si tratta, ma la risposta non arrivava, continuava a girare e girare. Dopo la bellezza di tre minuti e dodici secondi ricevo finalmente una risposta: “Non sembra essere una pianta. Prova a scattare una nuova foto”
A questo punto ho capito che la app non è altra che una truffa. Tanto più che al momento dell’arrivo della conferma dell’abbonamento ho visto che mi veniva addebitata la cifra per un anno e non per un mese come avevo richiesto all’inizio.
A questo punto non mi rimane altro che richiedere il rimborso di quanto mi hanno rubato e cancellare questa app che non serve a niente.
Mi dispiace solo di non poter dare delle stelle negative, non merita neanche solo una stella! State alla larga!

Could not identify most of my plants and then it said 3 days free but how do I unsubscribe after one day without being charged?

Generic AI advice

The diagnosis’s are not inventive like advertised. Instead they say needs water, needs less water, needs more light, etc. etc.
plus, 9.99 a week after trial.

Не работает

Заплатила, потому что просто попробовать без оплаты ничего нельзя. Определяет растения не верно, болезни уж подавно. Бестолковая пустышка, которая выкачивает бабло.

Не нравится

Плохое приложение, куча рекламы, оплатила подписку на 1 год за 2900₽, в итоге растения не распознает, не говоря уже о проблемах растений. Вся информация на английском языке👿, на русском только название. Базовые данные, приложение бесполезное. В интернете данных гораздо больше. Выброшенные деньги на ветер🤦‍♀️

Отменила подписку, так как не нужно мне это приложение, с оно пытается списать 899₽ рублей, не приятное приложение
