Needed a quick transfer
I couldn’t afford to buy more iCloud storage and needed a quick transfer of 200+ GB from an old phone to a new phone. AI led me to this option and it took less then 5mins to transfer my data.

This is a must when doing your own phone setup. Just receive your new phone and this app ensures all of your important items are loaded on your new phone.
Wish it was faster
Way too slow to transfer took over 5 hours because I had a lot of photos and videos

Verizon content transfer app
App took way too long to transfer from old phone to new one, over 15 hours. It transferred most of my items except my contacts. It will take me a long time to get over 300 contacts to the new phone manually. Another thing is I have no direction on how to activate my number on the new phone. Other than that, no issues.

So Easy
Changing from a Samsung to an iPhone was so easy once I found this app. The move to iOS app kept crashing and I thought for sure I lost all my photos in my old phone. When downloading the Verizon apps I discovered this one. If you’re switching operating systems, I cannot recommend this app more
