They charge me a 100 dollars more than a year ago after using this place! And I’m not even in New York
Disappointing Experience with Vertoe
Really let down by Vertoe. The instructions they gave were totally off, and I ended up at a luggage spot that was closed. Tried reaching out to their support team for help and to get my money back, but no luck. Super annoying and a total waste of time

The concept is great. I traveled with my family and we had almost a full day to continue enjoying the city before our flight that evening. We needed a place to store our luggage and we found that..eventually. I had the Vertoe app installed before our trip and planned out beforehand to make sure I knew which location was most convenient to the day’s plans. The downfall of the app/service is that some locations are unclear until you book/pay. The address won’t be provided until booking is complete and some Vertoe locations are housed in businesses that aren’t named or made clear within the app. We didn’t want to book first, as we walked around the block and couldn’t figure out where the luggage storage facility was housed. It took us over an hour to figure out where it was, and cost us one of our excursions for the day. Maybe one day this service will be on par with others.

Location Discrepancies
I downloaded this app after Googling left luggage services at a train station in an upcoming journey. The Vertoe website said this was available, near Platform 1. When I downloaded the app, there were no Vertoe locations within 100 miles of this train station.
Location was closed
Walked 2 miles to check-in location with all of my luggage. The location was closed. Ruined my afternoon.

I feel like it could be a little more safer by offering tamper proof plastic locks but it worked.

Easy and ready to go
I wouldn’t ever have expected myself to need an up such as this one, but I will say it has made traveling easier. Do you know how many times I have arrived to my hotel/Airbnb early with nowhere to keep my bags, securely?

Thank you Vertoe! I had to carry my camera equipment around every day and for years wanted some place to keep my stuff when I was done with my shifts. Vertoe is just perfect - cheap and simple.
Best luggage storage option
I have given this app 5 stars because recently I was traveling and I had to check out of my hotel by 11am in the morning and my flight was at 10pm at night. I was wondering where should I keep my luggage until my flight. Then one of my friend recommended me of this app and I downloaded it. I found the nearest Vertoe luggage store and it costed $5.95. So, instead of spending another $100 in hotel just for keeping the luggage I just spent $5.95. Also, the service was very convenient and easy. App experience was seamless. Highly recommend to people who like to travel and save money.

Bug ridden and prone to overcharges
I used Vertoe to hold my luggage while I was travelling. Due to a technical error on the app, While booking, I was provided with a location ~20 miles away from my intended holding location when I selected a very specific location. eventually I was able to find the right location, but when I contacted their customer service about remedying the charge they refused to do so. I've this been overcharged and they insist that it's not their fault.

Clunky app, good business
The app needs a lot of work. UI is buggy all over the place.
Luggage drop is fine, hours on 1 business were wrong though, meant I had to change my plans.

This app is an absolute piece of crap. Just left the location in NYC. The app crashed multiple times, after we paid. The store clerk didn’t care at all and said he can’t do anything about the app. He didn’t even hand us back our bags. We had to go in the back to grab them!

Reservation taken for Not open location
Booked a reservation for a location in Chicago on 8/9/19. Showed up at the location and no one with Vertoe was at the location. The employees at the coffee shop the location was supposed to be in, said Vertoe had told them they were opening a location up, yet no one had ever showed up to set up the location. 🤬

I travel a lot and due to check-outs so early, i can’t enjoy the place with all my luggage with me. This apps solves the problem and all my luggage are safe due to the barcode encryption. And it’s so cheap for the day. Real glad to have the app.
