The setup link comes very late
Tried 3 times to ask the magic links to set up the account but took ages to come by emails and the links are valid for 30 minutes only. When I checked the emails and found the links at later time, the validity had already gone! How come such poor engagement model!

The app won’t link to my starling account
Name change still poor
As the title says it’s changed name but it’s still poor. It’s either all online orders only and everything else is based near London. Do you realise there are a lot of people that don’t live and never want to live in london? Do those living further away not deserve offers and discounts too???
Update 2025, well they now offer gift cards and the discount is so poor and they’ve not improved on my previous list of issues. I get better discounts from my employer than the poor 2% for a gift card. Until you cover the UK then this app is useless and starling should stop promoting it

Couldn’t log in
Unsure if this is due to incompetence or intentional but they have broken using hide my email on set up as it only fills in the confirm email field then to top it off they have have disabled the ability to copy or paste into either field.
