Been subscribed for years now and this app never worked on my phones or ipads, this company needs to adjust quick

I can log in just fine on the website but it won't let me log in on the app. Deleted.
Terrible update
New app update is terrible, harder to navigate and lost the ability to print. For the price of these manuals it is not worth it!

This app is terrible. I am unable to register a new device, or login and use existing devices. It’s really a shame considering how much I have to pay each year to access the tech pubs.
Get your stuff together
Previously, about 2 years ago is the only time this app ever worked.
It’s nice to be able to see the manuals in your phone if you’re in a hurry and after spending THOUSANDS in subscriptions, you’d expect to be able to view your manuals from your mobile device. Well, like me, you’d be wrong. For the past couple of years I’ve been trying to log in the app but all I ever get is “an error has occurred.”
ATP knows how to follow up with you when it comes to collecting thousands of dollars when your subscription is up for renewal, but cannot seem to spend any money into getting their app to work properly.

Can’t even enter user name.
I would give this app 0 stars if I could.
Constant Lockups
Every time the app is navigated away from you have to reopen the document you were looking at, loosing your place. App also randomly logs you out. Search is almost useless compared to the web versions.
Complete garbage
It is full of problems and crashes constantly (when it actually lets you log in).
Horrible app
This app is horrible and not functional at all. It is not easy to navigate and once a section of manual is loaded and you try to navigate to another section there is an error message that pops up and you have to close the tab and re open the manual

Worst app ever had to used. Crashes constantly for no reason and logs me out without warning. The app has dire need of updates and coding changes for someone who knows what they are doing.
Garbage
For the amount they charge for subscriptions you would think they have a quality mobile app.
Marked improvements since a year ago but still issues
Unfortunately we have to use this app for Twin Otter manuals and despite there being many improvements and fixes since my review a year ago, there are still frustrations, the main one being that it randomly says my session has ended unexpectedly and closes whatever manual I’m using and then I have to try to navigate back to where I was because, of course, it doesn’t mark or save the page in any way like Textron 1 view.
Update Oct 2019: Well, almost a year later, and I daresay that the problems I describe above have gotten more frequent. I’ve called ATP support with no results. Downgraded to 2 stars.
We use IPad Pro 10.5 inch at work, that’s what we’re having problems on. The desktop version seems to work fine

They obviously don’t care
I wound have liked to have all my technicians use an IPad for manuals. Theoretically this should be a quicker and less hassle than paper but this app takes all advantages away. We pay a premium to have the correct manuals easily accessible and yet most of my employees agree they still walk to the office to pull things up on the computer. Disappointing to see another company that is taking advantage of a monopoly and throwing customers under the bus.

Excellent Improvement
The app has improved the productivity of my shop and eliminated a lot of the down time created by desktops. We had some issues with earlier versions, but we talked to support and they've seemed to have worked all the issues out
Unusable
Very buggy. I work at a maintenance school who relies heavily on access to manuals for our students via this app, but we have daily issues of not being able to log in, app crashes, empty libraries (only to show up the next day without issues).
Awful app
This app is absolutely awful. The library feature is buggy and you cannot sync to your device. If you were a Hubconnect customer this is a complete failure. Do not switch until the syne function works.
