About

VetMind – Voice Records, Pet Profiles & X-ray Analysis VetMind helps veterinary teams work faster with three connected tools: speak exam notes instead of typing, keep every patient's history organized, and turn X-ray images into structured AI reports you can review, edit, and re-run. Voice Medical Records Create SOAP notes by voice. During the exam, dictate findings, assessment, and the SOAP Plan. VetMind transcribes veterinary language into a structured record. Recording can continue while you leave the app, with live upload in the background so notes are less likely to be lost if the network drops. A session ends at 60 minutes; pause reminders help you avoid leaving the microphone running. How to use: Open a pet profile or start a new record → tap the microphone → dictate → pause or stop → review and edit by section → save. The note is timestamped and linked to the pet's history. If upload was interrupted, reopen the app to finish sending the audio. Benefits: Hands-free charting • Faster than typing • Consistent SOAP format • Better capture of drugs, doses, and clinical detail • More reliable capture when moving between rooms or locking the phone Pet Profile Management Each patient has a profile so your team can find history quickly. Typical data: pet details (name, species, breed, sex, birthdate), owner contacts, clinical context (allergies, meds), and a timeline of voice records. How to use: Create a profile → search by pet or owner → open the summary and timeline → start a voice note from the patient so documentation stays linked. Benefits: Less paper • Faster vet–tech handoff • Clear visit history • One place to continue documentation Intelligent X-ray Analysis Upload pet plain X-ray (DR) images and generate an AI-assisted report for clinical decision support. How to use: Open Imaging → add optional clinical context → upload up to 4 images (PNG/JPG/JPEG) → start analysis. Review Findings, Impression, Diagnosis, and Recommendation. Preview images; edit case/images then save and re-analyze; edit report text; or copy for clinical use. Scope of Application covers 34 common radiographic signs. Benefits: Faster first-pass review • Structured sections • Clinical context improves quality • Easy re-analysis • Clear upload progress How They Work Together Profiles are the hub. Voice captures the visit; X-ray adds imaging insight. Next visit: review history, dictate again, and re-run analysis as needed—with less manual entry. Use Cases • Busy clinic: dictate in-exam; techs review SOAP; Imaging supports triage (fracture, GI gas, foreign body). • Mobile practice: voice notes between calls; upload X-rays when online; review the AI report before referral. • Team workflow: staff add notes and images; the veterinarian reviews one timeline and one report. Important Notes AI imaging output is for clinical decision support only—final diagnosis rests with a licensed veterinarian. Supported modality: dog/cat plain X-ray (DR) within published scope. Voice recording and image upload need network connectivity. Microphone, notification, and photo access are used for dictation, recording status, and imaging. Getting Started Sign in → add a pet profile → start a voice note → open Imaging with a sample X-ray → invite your team. Works on iPhone and iPad with microphone and photo access.
