Laughable Customer Service

I paid for the app, decided it was not what I wanted. Requested politely that they cancel subscription and they responded that they had no record of my payment, and then charged me $29.99 anyways. subsequent emails from me have been ignored. Either a scam or extremely poor customer service. its in my bank’s hands now. Not recommended, be very careful.

Scam be careful

I signed for the 3.99 but they hide that you will be charger for 29,99 monthly, the app have no relation with what you will see on the advertisement.
I hope they will stop charging fot the next month

Watch faces aren’t detailed like shown in the App Store. Digits are pixelated and watch faces aren’t interactive - they’re just static images and you can’t adjust anything.

Scam

This is really scam, I download the app and does not work at, you pay the free trial for nothing, I send emails and give a lot of excusas, is a fraud, do not even think about this app

Not worth the cost.

Downloaded app. Paid for trial subscription. Monthly subscription is almost $30 so I cancelled after seeing that. They charged me anyway. Dubious way to cancel so I will see if it sticks. Beware.

False advertising

I signed up for a $3.99 deal but what they don't tell you on the advertisement is it's a subscription. Then they add an additional $19.99 charge for "bonus" watch faces when you're supposed to have unlimited access to the watch faces. I canceled the subscription but they refuse to refund the $19.99 I didn't not consent to. Scam.
