What's New in Veya

1.87.99

October 25, 2026

Home now gives you one answer. Your sleep, cycle, stress and recovery are read together into a single verdict for the day, with one thing worth doing now instead of a stack of cards saying slightly different things. Your watch, widgets and morning notification read from that same verdict, so nothing contradicts itself. New journey trails. PCOS, IVF, egg freezing and your fitness year are drawn as a path you can see yourself on, with past attempts and chapters you can open. Endometriosis self-management. Log a flare in one tap, see your symptom forecast in the hub, and keep your treatments next to the pattern they're meant to change. Listen instead of read. Every article in the library can be read aloud, and you can keep listening while you move around the app. Also in this release: a weekly dinner plan from the recipe library that you log in one tap when you cook, cleaner cycle charts when a period runs late, a calmer first screen, and a lot of small fixes to Home, voice logging and notifications.

User reviews

A great app held back by a few frustrating issues.

I really want to love Go Go Gaia because, feature-wise, it has almost everything I’ve been looking for in a women’s cycle and health app. There’s a lot here that I genuinely appreciate, which is why I’m hoping some of the current limitations can be improved.

My biggest issue is temperature tracking. I would really like an easier way to manually enter or bulk import skin temperature data. I’ve tried using the AI to import it, but the results have been inconsistent. Sometimes it interprets the data as body temperature instead of skin temperature, and other times it simply doesn’t import the information the way I’m asking.

I’d also really like the option to switch temperature units between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Being limited to Celsius makes temperature tracking much less convenient for users who normally work in Fahrenheit.

It would be amazing if temperature data could be imported in bulk as easily as lab results can be, especially for people bringing in historical data from wearables or other health apps.

Performance is another area that could use some improvement. Some parts of the app take quite a while to load, so instead of feeling quick and seamless, using it can sometimes start to feel like a chore. I’ve also noticed that selecting “My Usual” in the journal no longer updates my entries, which unfortunately makes the quick actions much less useful.

I think improving responsiveness, fixing the journal update issue, adding Fahrenheit support, and making skin temperature entry and bulk importing easier would make a huge difference. The app already has so many of the features I want, and with some polish in these areas, I could see it becoming an app I genuinely love using every day.

Response from developer

This is one of the most useful reviews I've had, thank you for taking the time. Abby here, founder. In order: Fahrenheit lives under Health Preferences > Units, and if your temperature charts still show Celsius after switching, that's a bug and I want to know. Bulk skin temperature import is a real gap and it's on my list, you're right that it should be as easy as labs. Speed is my current focus and the next few updates are mostly about that. "Your usual" not updating is new to me, so please email support@go-go-gaia.com with your device and I'll chase it personally.

Challenging ux and hard to find answers

Really hard to find support and answers to relatively normal new user questions. Inflexible and buggy

Response from developer

I'm sorry, that's a fair hit. Abby here, I build Veya. Support is me, and the fastest way to reach me is the Submit Feedback button in your profile or support@go-go-gaia.com. If you're still up for it, tell me which questions you couldn't get answered and I'll both answer them and put the answers where you expected to find them.

Great for resolutions

I love tracking my new habits here- I always hated remembering to write them down so it’s really nice that they auto update directly from my Apple Watch

Really cool features

A must download for women who are focussed on their health & receiving tailored information for females

Simplified my health tracking!

This is the only app I’ve found which has let me track my cycle AND all the other stuff too. I hated having to monitor Apple health, Flo, and my diet separately! Also, when I noticed they didn’t have one of the foods I like to track, I just messaged the team and they fixed it right away
