Unreliable!
Cancelled my learners insurance 1 week before my test with almost no advance, can’t get them on the phone!! They will NOT talk to you unless you need to make a claim, their phone line is useless.
They refuse to give me ANY info as to why it’s been cancelled besides “business”, as if we weren’t doing business when they help themselves to my monthly direct debit.
Absolutely disappointed and frustrated, very unprofessional!!

App works - but avoid if you can
The app experience is very smooth. But since then not great. I had to make a windscreen claim for a repair after a chip hit it (you’d think quite straightforward).
I put in the claim, got booked in and sorted with autoglass. And then get a text saying more information needed and to check emails. Checked emails - nothing. Speak to the chatbot - someone will come back to you. Then autoglass send me an invoice saying insurer declined the claim and you need to pay. This time I email Veygo instead of using the chatbot. No reply. Week goes by, further autoglass email chasing payment.
Another chatbot request. Still no response. That’s where we are today.

I agree with the cancellation of my policy but then they said in the email it won’t effect future policies with other companies at all but it has as now I can’t find any

Its a really good app easy to insure a car but i can’t get insurance the day i want and i have tired loads of times now they don’t do me insurance for any cars but i have insured high performance car as a young age hopefully i can get insurance again really want to go Lake District
Prices Doubled

Veygo day insurance
Veygo is actually really good especially for my age as I’m 22 and if I try other temporary cover it don’t let me so honesty Veygo is the one!

When it comes down to short term coverage It doesn’t give absurd tariffs, the app is quite easy and convenient to use. Every time someone needs a short term cover I recommend Veygo.
App doesn’t load
I chose a black box monthly subscription as I’m using a friends car while I save up for a new one as mine broke down. I’ve had a black box before and understand it can be sensitive when going round roundabouts or accelerating onto a fast road. But the app doesn’t open I have been unable to get onto the app to change wether I am a passenger or the driver it takes forever to load so I just gave up a lot of the time. This means I’ve been evaluated based on drives of my friends and family while I’ve been a passenger. I got an email today saying my policy has been cancelled I didn’t receive the previous email notifying me of this as it went into my junk. I am now unable to be insured by them and thank god for it. You need to make sure people can actually use your app cause this is ridiculous I’ll be looking at other apps to be insured on now good riddance!

Wouldn’t recommend no help at all
Had an insurance policy with them for 8 months out of the blue they cancelled my policy and won’t tell me why even tho it’s my policy amazing customer service won’t even give you an answer to your own policy

Was getting temp insurance for a while and then all of a sudden it says it cant offer insurance even though I was getting temp cover repeatedly, this needs to improve with an actual reason rather than just picking whether you want to insure me on that day or not.

Veygo has become my go to when borrowing a car. Easy to use and very quick short term cover application.
Extortionate Prices
I used to use Veygo a few times a week for 1 or 2 hour covers, costing between £14–£18. It is now insane to see it costs as much as £54 for an hour, and at first I was not sure if this was a glitch, but sure enough the price remained. Sometimes it’s lower at £26.88 an hour. The same car, same driver (with no FPN’s) and yet price goes up. I have never used the cover since and prefer to use other short term cover providers like Tempcover.

I’ve be using the app for a long time and it was great and very affordable with the same car went to ensure it again now the prices have been extortionate from being really affordable 30 pounds for an hour from 20 pounds for a day not great
