زي الزفت بيوصل الاوردر بعد ساعات ومفيش الغاء ومفيش اي خدمة عملاء ترد عليك بعد الساعه 12 والمشكله التطبيق شغال والان اضطررت اطلب من صيدلية مباشر
Very bad service
It doesn’t matter how many time you try to get help they will never answer you. Customer service is very bad. I don’t think the do customer service at all

مواعيد كذب حجزت موعد وصلت العيادك قالوا مالك حجز حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وصلت والدتي الكبيرة في السن وطلعت مع الدرج وتعبت وارتفع ضغطها وف الاخير يقولون العيادة مزدحمة ومالك حجز ولاموعد ولاظهر عندنا بسبب التطبيق لم يرسل الموعد لهم

Customer service is bad
I ordered from a pharmacy (babyjoy), i received 60 pcs pack instead of 84 pcs with price of 84. I tried to report this multiple times with no response from customer service.

صراحه تطبيق جميل جدا و كل الخدمات متوفره فيه وسهل علي حاجات كتيره سوا حجز دكتور او مستشفي او فحص والصيدليه كمان ربنا يوفقكم
مش احسن طريقة
عشان تلقي دكتور كويس لازم يكون حد مجربو و قال انو كويس. التقيم في التطبيق ممكن يكون غلط أو أتعمل بناء علي المحسوبية

This app is very unhelpful unprofessional unorganized, you may book an appointment through the app then the clinic easily can cancel your booking , non sense at all
No connection between the clinic and the app. So the app is not useful just to see dryer dr timing not for real booking and I saw majority of the drs’ reviews are the same
