VFS site for UK asks to try again after 150 minutes
I have never had such a troublesome time with anything in my life than with service VFS offers, it has been two days that im trying to book an online appointment for UK visa with their office in Islamabad, Pakistan and there is literally no help. When i try to enter my application reference number and email it routs me to a page that says i should try after 150 minutes, and it has been days and hours with no success. Tried different browsers, cleared all history , cache, and cookies, turned off and restarted all my devices but no luck.
My pakistan visa is due to expire soon after which i will not be able to travel to Pakistan for biometrics!
Thousands of applicants can apply for visas with different countries without any issues and pay for the application fees, but the applicants get stuck for days and weeks with rubbish services of VFS!
If you cannot handle the service for customers in a better way, you better step down and let another service provider work with the embassies!

My fly tomorrow and I need visa to go UK for transit 2 days only then I go to World Cup in Qatar so 15 days my passport there and no one answer me if I send message or I called no one answer it’s sox so I need my passport today because I’m fly tomorrow if not get my passport soon as possible I know what I do

i’ve been crying for two days
if you can avoid it, please don’t use this service. literally the worst travel experience of my life. my passport was not returned on time for my flight on a non refundable ticket so they made me waste a thousand dollars and are now telling me i might have to wait four more WEEKS to get my passport back. i have been sobbing about this for two days and the anxiety of this has made me vomit up everything i eat. the staff at the premium centers is not helpful at all and does not to anything to help move your application along. i will never be using this service ever again. unbelievably inadequate. absolute morons.

I would like to bring up the attitude and the knowledge of your staff working in your office in Makati.
Even though I submitted everything listed on the Registration-Receipt issued by the French Embassy, your male staff (you need to provide name tags so we can specifically identify who does a good job or not. In this case, this particular staff did not know how to do his job as well as read things on a list.) did not check the boxes which included the requirements I submitted.
This is not the first time I have applied for and been issued a Schengen Visa and I have always been approved.
I have been a frequent traveler to the EU since the 80s and this is the first time my application was disapproved.
The embassy’s reason was that I did not provide justification if my trip! If they had read my detailed daily itinerary and my letter (which was part of my requirements package) they would have seen it was all there.
However, they did not see it because your staff did not check the box which would have said it was there!
He rudely told me that he would not check those boxes because I did not submit the required document (daily itinerary and proof of funds).
Your staff seems to only care to accept applications to get the fees associated and not care to help the applicants.
Since my application’s disapproval had nothing to do on my part, and more on the incompetence of your staff, how do I go about filing for a reimbursement of my visa application fee?
I will not even try to get the processing fees your agency charges applicants.
You need to get your act together VFS and hire staff who are competent and know what they are doing.
Needless to say, this has proven to be an inconvenience and rest assured you will be hearing from me via my online reviews.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. I applied for France visa in San Francisco office. Lady who collected papers didn’t check anything. Just grabbed paper and said that visa would be ready in 3 weeks. And then problem started. I provided different form of insurance, bank statements. I had to email it directly to consulate. But I didn’t get my visa in time. They ruined my vacation. Definitely not recommended.
