Doesn’t have Megas and all it’s good for is speed tiers which it’s not even good at that. Just use an online damage calc

Beginner Friendly
I have been a Pokemon fan for most of my life, but only recently decided to try competitive team building. This app is extremely helpful helping me put ideas together, work out stats and team combinations. 10/10 recommend.
The Best Pokémon App I’ve Found
The fact that this has both a damage calculator and speed checker is very nice.
The interface is slick and responsive. The information is clearly laid out.
I’ve tried several other apps that do similar things, but this one is the one I always come back to.

Add shiny feature
Good vgc app really good but misses a feature, like the shiny options.
Art & Color
UI leaves a lot to be desired. Art style is nonexistent, no character images or thumbnails, and the color palette is dull and uninspiring.
Great app, but
Overall this app has everything that you could want in a team builder, the only major issue is the lack of updates. The last one was over a year ago in April of 2024. If there is not going to be further on updates and this is specifically catered to that timeline only, then you have exactly what you’re looking for. However, if you’re looking for anything relevant to team building in 2025, you’re in the wrong place. Great app, just want updates if possible.

Great VGC tool
This app is great at pulling info quickly. It sorts and organizes in ways serebii just can’t. Although serebii has some more details like explaining how many stages a stat falls or raises.
The damage calculator is great too. Although limited in comparison to showdowns, its visuals and display are easy to use. This is an awesome tool.

pretty good
I mean i’m pretty satisfied, great alternative to showdown if you can’t access it bc of school or work wifi. it doesn’t let you put exact values for EVs though and you end up wasting 4 EVs on every pokemon.

I would rate it higher, as a wolfeyvgc fan, I think having a setting for battling to battle real life people would be… better. You see, i cant battle my friends. I don’t use Pokémon showdown, because it’s a bit difficult to use. Although, i like this game more due to how it shows the common items for what people make the Pokémon hold! It does that for moves too. It’s a lot more easier to use! and personally, i like how everything has its own section.
So yeah, 4/5 :)

Good VGC app
Has been helpful in my journey to learning VGC. Just wish it was updated more often. Some stats for Pokémon no info shows up especially when prepping for Reg G
I have an issue
Just a heads up, the lvl select for team building has been none functional for a while. All team slots are locked at lvl 50 even thought there is a selection for up to lvl 100. Good app otherwise.

Great tool for building VGC teams
I got back into online ranked matches on S/V recently and I’ve been using Pokemon Showdown to practice & build teams in my spare time, but having this app & being able to play around with different setups offline and see how the speed tiers are with the battle sims, I love it. Definitely recommend this if you’re into VGC or just love pokemon battling in general.
