Worked well for event
The app worked well for adding activations to the agenda and for navigating the venue.
I do wish it had included more info on some activations, as I feel like there were a couple small things we missed.

Great App
This app was easy to use and i love the reminders of my saved events are upcoming. I also enjoyed getting real time notifications of any changes to the event so I was able to time things accordingly. In all a great app that helped me and my family get around easily.
Awesome but Maps may have Issues
Enjoyed the app quite a bit, but the maps tend show the wrong areas or flickered a lot.

App worked great it was a lot of information and a bit overwhelming. I would say if there were events not available I would have preferred to not see them in my list. Outside of that it was useful.
Tickets Oversold and Limited Time Windows
The staff and event center were not prepared for the amount of tickets sold. The mass crowds overpowered the employees and there was very little control outside of the room for competitors. Communication on how and when to book time slots for Pokemon Center and the on site crafts was lacking.
