Signing In Typo
Come on this is an easy fix. I can’t sign in because one page consist of 4 fields asking for First Name, First Name, Last Name, Last Name. On the computer it’s actually asking for address so I kept getting error. Please fix this mess.

Wish I could give 0.5 stars cause man this app makes me furious. The search engine filtering and features are archaic. Can’t handle heavy traffic. Bugs everywhere. Ui/ux suboptimal.

Terrible app and a shame on Bandai
This app is absolutely terrible. Every single time there are tournament sign ups it crashes and/or goes into slowmo. The worst part is a recent tournament signup signed me out of my account and I couldn’t log back in. I didn’t even get the displeasure of waiting slowmo to not get into any events.

This app is the worst. It takes forever to load anything. Times out every search. I don’t understand how you can actually develop an app this bad. There a function to favorite a store. Do you think you could just go to a list of your favorite and view the events. No you can’t.
