SO SLOOOOW
This app continues to hit new lows and disappoint their awesome fans, collectors, and players by making it slower and inconsistent for us. When is Bandai going to realize it’s not rocket science to address all these bugs. Do better guys please.

The app works just fine
Could be so much better
Anyone saying they have a great experience with the app is conflating it with irl. The community is great (at least locally) and there are really amazing stores that care about the player base.
Bandai on the other hand, could provide so much more support and practicality through their app. Not to mention how much the meta has shifted throughout this year. No doubt that catching up with Japan was a good move but essentially decimates a static deck throughout the year as players go from one meta to the next.
All that aside, this app has so many random bugs. It seems awful for store managers to setup (though my local’s make it work). And they keep removing my favorite stores weekly events for seemingly no reason.

Fangt am besten gar nicht an
Die App gibt es nicht mal auf deutsch. Zudem überlässt bandai den Markt den Scalpern. Es werden keine Maßnahmen ergriffen, womit die Preise stabil bleiben. Anstatt die Ware in die normalen Einzelhandelläden zu geben und den tcg Stores Preise vorzuschreiben, freut sich bandai in Japan ausverkauft zu sein.

Signing In Typo
Come on this is an easy fix. I can’t sign in because one page consist of 4 fields asking for First Name, First Name, Last Name, Last Name. On the computer it’s actually asking for address so I kept getting error. Please fix this mess.
Do better
Wish I could give 0.5 stars cause man this app makes me furious. The search engine filtering and features are archaic. Can’t handle heavy traffic. Bugs everywhere. Ui/ux suboptimal.

Gleiches Problem seit Jahren, bei veröffentlichter Anmeldung zu größeren Events schmieren Server und App immer über Stunden hinweg ab
Terrible app and a shame on Bandai
This app is absolutely terrible. Every single time there are tournament sign ups it crashes and/or goes into slowmo. The worst part is a recent tournament signup signed me out of my account and I couldn’t log back in. I didn’t even get the displeasure of waiting slowmo to not get into any events.
The app is the worst
This app is the worst. It takes forever to load anything. Times out every search. I don’t understand how you can actually develop an app this bad. There a function to favorite a store. Do you think you could just go to a list of your favorite and view the events. No you can’t.
Bandai show you care
Hard to believe Bandai really cares about its player base when their official app bugs out so bad on the time for sign ups that you can’t get into any local tournaments. Thanks Bandai

There is no excuse for this app in 2026. It discourages people from wanting to play your games. You should be embarrassed
Actually one of the worst apps I’ve ever used
I can’t believe a company worth $21.6 billion USD made an app this abysmal. A computer science major in the middle of Wyoming with a 4g router and basic coding could come up with a better app. The UI is awful and laggy, and god forbid you try to use the app for its intended purpose of signing up for a prerelease because that is not possible. The cherry on top is the constant crashes. This is just an embarrassingly bad app, and it’s disappointing to see a company not try to make it any better.

Crashed on me and I can’t log in
I was trying to apply for prerelease tournament for Op17 when it crashed kicked me out my account and now I can’t log in to apply. I miss my opening window

Failure of a great company
Bandai is a great organization but it is failing its users with this app. By making it impossible for players to sign into the app to participate in events combined with product scarcity is how this company will implode its TCG ip

Horrible app. Always crashes and lags.
Cant even login
Dont worry, this app will not only force log you out, it will error out infinitely when you try logging back in.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Billion dollar company with the worst app to use for players to sign up for events that they can’t even log into

This app is the worst. Slams multiple notifications when you’re playing tournaments. Slow to load at times. And the servers can’t handle the volume of people currently trying to sign up for the next pre release. You’d think Bandai would get their act together at some point.
