Can’t get pass sign in
The app doesn’t send a verification email no matter how many times i resend it. And it is the email i used for the event. Not even deleting and redownloading the app helps. It’s super frustrating
No code sent
It tells me when I put in my e-mail to put in the code it sends, but I’ve repeatedly tried having it resent and there is never any e-mail with a code (or at all for that matter). Not even in my spam folder.
Not production ready
Said it would say a 2FA to the email but nothing was received even though it’s on the accept list. This app is not working for its most basic use case…login

Using my email, linked to a pkm account, it doesn’t wanna let me in? Anyone else having this issue.

These other reviews are ridiculous, simply log in with your Pokemon Worlds/XP information and you're in. Great UI as well.

Is not working after i entered wrong email. now i cant even log in at all just automatically logs in something else and says I cannot enter. Not even deleting the app and downloading again works.
Log in issues
Tried to log in and it keeps saying “Not registered for the event.” Couldn’t reset password through the links it sent; even if it same reset link to the same email as registration info. Would love to try the app but…

Log out accidentally
Forgot what email I used and logged in with a different email and now I can’t use it.
Locked out
Apparently I signed in with the wrong google account and now I am completely locked out. MAKE SURE YOU SIGN IN WITH THE ACCOUNT CONNECTED TO YOUR EVENT TICKETS.
Unable to login
Every time I try to open this app it asks me to login then it has a pop up stating “not registered for event please register and try again” I’ve tried to find something on play! Pokémon and nothing. Please fix this issue
Log in issues
Trying to sign in with a google account, if you sign in with an email that is not tied to a pokemon account, google tries to auto fill that account when signing in again which automatically gets kicked back. I can’t even change the email im trying to log in with. Not even deleting the app worked to reset it. If this gets fixed to allow me to change the account I’m signing into, I would love to change my rating.

“Prometheus” wants to sign in using “Pokemon.com” login, yet my login to that site doesn’t work. I confirmed my account details normally so this app is broken. Pass.
