Schlechte Scanfunktion

Das Fotografieren funktioniert mäßig bis gar nicht und Dokumente müssen erst als pdf konvertiert werden und können nicht als Foto hochgeladen werden - insgesamt auch eher unübersichtliche Menüführung. Gibt da andere Anbieter, die technisch deutlich weiter sind.

Bitte achten Sie beim Fotografieren auf gute Lichtverhältnisse und legen Sie das Dokument auf einen dunklen Untergrund. Leider können aktuell nur pdf-Dokumente hochgeladen werden, wir versuchen die App jedoch weiter zu optimieren. Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.

Im Menü unserer App unter Einstellungen kann die Biometrie aktiviert werden, so besteht die Möglichkeit die App zu sperren und mit Hilfe der Biometrie wieder zu entsperren. Bei Fragen rufen Sie uns gern an. Telefon: 0511/362-4470

Fotos klappen nicht

Ich finde es einfach nervig, dass es nicht vernünftig klappt, Rechnung zu fotografieren oder einzuscannen. Die Beihilfe bekommt es in ihrer App super hin. Hier bei der VGH auf jeden Fall erhebliches Verbesserungspotential. Probiert mit S21Fe und IPhone 15 Pro Max….beides identisch

Beim Android Gerät S21Fe besteht die Möglichkeit das Abfotografieren manuell vornehmen. Auch in den Einstellungen im Menu der App kann die Aktivierung der Alternativen Kamerasteuerung zu einer Verbesserungen der Bildaufnahme führen. Beim IPhone 15 Pro können wir das Problem nicht nachstellen. Rufen Sie uns sonst gern an 0511 362-4407

Face-ID

Es wäre gut, wenn man auch mit einer Face-ID in die App gelangt. Es ist sehr mühsam, jedes Mal den Benutzernamen, d.h. die Mitgliedsnummer, einzugeben.

Wenn Sie die App nach der Anmeldung lediglich sperren oder in den Hintergrund schieben, kann diese mit Hilfe der Biometrie (Fingerabdrucksensor oder Gesichtserkennung) entsperrt werden. Im Menü der App unter „Einstellungen“ kann die Biometrie aktiviert werden. Klicken Sie zum Sperren der App auf der Startseite oben rechts auf das Schlosssymbol oder schieben Sie die App in den Hintergrund.
