Bedankt voor je feedback. Mogelijk gebruik je Safari in privé modus. Dit is te herkennen aan de zwarte adresbalk. Inloggen met DigiD is dan niet mogelijk. Zo pas je dit aan: klik in Safari op de twee vierkantjes rechts onderin het scherm en swipe naar de reguliere tabbladen. Nu zou inloggen geen probleem meer moeten zijn. Lukt het inloggen niet? Dan kun je een mail sturen naar app-support@vgz.nl met daarin een korte omschrijving van de stappen die je volgt, welke internetbrowser je gebruikt en een screenshot van de pagina waarop de foutmelding wordt getoond. We kijken graag met je mee hoe we dit kunnen oplossen. Vriendelijke groet, VGZ app team
